How long does shipping take?

It depends whether your order is a general merchandise order or made to order. Most general merchandise orders ship within 1–2 business days. During peak season — major regattas, tournament season, holidays — processing may take up to 5 business days. Custom team orders take about 4-6 weeks to produce. You'll get a tracking notification the moment your order ships.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. Can't find it? Email us at wecare@strokeside.com, and we'll track it down.

My order has multiple items. Will they all arrive together?

Not always. Because we work with multiple suppliers, some orders ship from different locations and may arrive in separate packages. You'll receive a tracking notification for each shipment.

I need my order by a specific date. Will it arrive in time?

We ship fast, but delivery timelines depend on your location and the carrier. If you have a hard deadline — a regatta, a tournament, a birthday — email us before you order and we'll tell you straight.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Custom items — engraved pieces, custom blade designs, bespoke orders and most custom teamwear orders — are not eligible for return.

What's your exchange policy?

Where do I send returns?

Please send exchanges and returns to Warehouse, PO Box 486, Alcoa, TN 37701. Note: we strongly recommend keeping your return tracking number until the exchange or refund is confirmed.

Can I return a sale item?

Sale items are eligible for merchandise credit only. No cash refunds on sale-price purchases. Your merchandise credit never expires.

I ordered at full price and the item just went on sale. Can I get the sale price?

Once an order ships, we can't adjust the price retroactively. To get the sale price, you'd need to return the item and repurchase it at the discounted price — while stock lasts. We know that's not ideal, but it keeps things fair for everyone.

What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?

Most of our jewelry is crafted in sterling silver. 14K gold is available special order upon request. All pieces are water-resistant and designed for everyday wear.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?

Not all USRowing and USA Lacrosse merchandise is fulfilled by Strokeside. If you purchase it at Strokeside or at shop.usrowing.org, contact us at wecare@strokeside.com. If you purchased your order from shop.usalacrosse.org, please contact USA Lacrosse directly.
