Shipping questions
How long does shipping take?
The majority of our items are fulfilled within 1-2 business days. However, peak season shipments may take up to 5 days to process. Since we do utilize different suppliers, some products may be shipped separately and from different locations. You will receive a notification for each package related to your order.
I need my order by a certain date. Will it arrive on time?
We ship most of our orders within 1-2 business days unless stated otherwise. Please note that custom orders may take longer as indicated on each custom order listing. All delivery timeframes are for informational purposes only and USRowing does not take responsibility for shipping delays that are outside of our control.
How can I track a package?
You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped. If you are not able to find your tracking number please email us at wecare@strokeside.com.
Exchanges and Returns
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
You can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the original delivery date. If 30 days passed, you may still be eligible for an exchange. Please contact us at shop@usrowing.org.

I placed my order and it is now on sale. Can I still get the sales price?
Once an order ships, we can’t adjust the price. To receive the sale price, you would need to:
1. Return the item
2. Pay return shipping
3. Repurchase it at the discounted price (while inventory lasts)
Because inventory is limited, after an item ships, it is no longer part of available stock. This helps keep things fair during big sales.
