How custom rowing orders work
- Plan your collection. Tell us your club name, approximate athlete count, products, budget and required delivery date. Include your logo files and any design references.
- Review your designs. We prepare proofs using your team’s branding. Confirm garment details and approve the artwork before production.
- Open your team store. Share the store link with athletes. Each person selects a size, pays and places an order. Your store has an agreed closing date.
- Produce and deliver. Production follows the store close and applicable minimums. Delivery can be to individual athletes or an agreed team location.
Minimums, pricing and timing
Our current team-store program requires at least five orders per product for that product to enter production. Orders for products that do not reach the minimum are refunded after the store closes. Confirm the requirements for your particular project when requesting a quote.
Store setup typically takes 3–5 business days. Production is generally estimated at 4–6 weeks after the store closes, depending on products and order volume. Give us your regatta deadline early so we can discuss production and shipping together; an estimated production window is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Pricing depends on the garments, customization and quantities. Request an itemized quote for your kit before opening the store. Custom items have different return conditions from retail purchases; review the returns and exchanges policy and your project terms before ordering.

Questions before you order
Can athletes pay individually?
Yes. Athletes can place and pay for their own orders through the team store.
Will we see the artwork first?
Yes. Review and approve the design proofs before the garments enter production.
Can we add new athletes or reorder later?
Ask us about a later ordering window. Product availability, minimums and timing need to be checked again for each reorder.
