Tell us about your team, your timeline, and what you need. We'll ask the right questions, recommend the best products for your sport and budget, and get your store set up fast. No back-and-forth chaos, no spreadsheets, no chasing people down. Just a clear plan and a team that knows what they're doing.
Step 2. Make It Yours.
Your logo, your colors, your identity. Our design team takes your branding and builds something your athletes will actually want to wear. You'll see a proof before a single piece goes into production. and nothing moves forward without your sign-off. What you approve is exactly what gets made.
Step 3. Done. Delivered.
Your store goes live and athletes order directly. no more collecting checks, managing sizes, or fielding questions at 11pm. Gear ships to each athlete individually or to one location. your call. You share the link. We handle everything else.
Setup typically takes 3-5 business days. Production and delivery timelines vary by product. we'll give you a clear estimate upfront so your team gets their gear when they need it.

Is there a minimum order?
No minimums on your end. Athletes order individually through your team store, so you're never on the hook for a bulk order. The only requirement is that each individual product needs at least 5 orders to go into production. If a product doesn't hit that threshold by your store close date, those orders are fully refunded. No risk, no guesswork.
How long does it take?
Store setup typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your store closes, production runs approximately 4-6 weeks depending on the products and order volume. We'll give you a clear timeline upfront so you can plan around your season, not scramble because of it.
Can I see a proof before anything is produced?
Always. Nothing goes to production without your explicit approval. You'll review every design detail before we make a single piece. What you sign off on is exactly what gets made.
What sports do you support?
Rowing and lacrosse are our core sports, and we work with a growing list of multi-sport programs too. Not sure if we're the right fit for your team? Reach out and we'll tell you straight. We'd rather have that conversation early than waste your time.
What if athletes have questions about their order?
They contact us directly. Your job is to share the store link and set the close date. After that, any order questions, shipping updates, or sizing issues come straight to our team. You're not the middleman. We are.
